DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
The rotor of the body and the cover of the vacuum pump AL 70V was used up; it was made by HIBON company from France in 1988. The pump worked in the Phosphoric Acid Department at the Chemical Plants.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
Having cleaned the used surfaces with the sanding method, they were defattened with Chester Cleaner, bigger lacks were filled in with Chester Metal Ceramic T, and then the whole surface was covered with Chester Metal Ceramic F.

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
Thanks to the application of the materials and technology of Chester Molecular, there was ensured a protection of working surfaces of the pump against the corrosion and a higher resistance against the exploitation wear and tear. At present, the pump is functioning without failures.
