The surfaces of the base were degreased with Chester Cleaner and covered with EL 20 activator, while the surfaces forming the rings were covered with the Chester Release Agent separator. Then there was poured Chester Elastomer 90F in one base and Chester Elastomer 75F in the other one. ACHIEVED EFFECTS Possibility of the repair of the tups in the plant, the repair duration – ca. 30 minutes. Increase in the durability of the cover made of elastomer (it has been functioning for 70 days already). The reduction in costs of this repair. |
