DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
The divided support of the toothed ring in the power transmission system of the cement mill is screwed with M36 screws. Due to the hard work of the mechanisms, flow openings under the screws were damaged.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
Since it was necessary to keep the exact location of the openings, there was used the coordinate milling machine. The openings were carefully degreased with Chester Fast Cleaner. In order to shorten the time of the operation, there was applied Chester Metal Rapid, which was used to fill in the openings in elements fastened in the machine bed (photo 1), and the openings were drilled after it had hardened.

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
The technology of Chester Molecular Company turned out to be simpler and cheaper than other methods of the repair, e.g., by means of bushing.
