DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
As a result of a utilization of the 3-level transmission gear WTM 1250 made by Gear-motor Factory in difficult conditions (considerable dust), the bearing of the symbol 22240 (internal diameter of 200mm) was turned at the top of the roll. The top of the roll was rubbed off and the wear and tear of the roll amounted to 0.2mm.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
It was decided to glue the bearing in the roll with Chester Molecular C-36 adhesive. The surface of the roll's top was cleaned with a manual grinder and abrasive paper (photo No.1). Then the top and the internal surface of the bearing were defattened several times with Chester Fast Cleaner. The adhesive was applied in both surfaces and the screw line, and then the bearing was placed on the top (photo No.2).

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
Thanks to the application of the adhesive made by Chester Molecular, the time of the reductor's renovation was considerably shortened. The reductor has been functioning already for 6 months without any problems.
