DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
In the loose abrasive material of the vibration machine made by "SPIRATONU", repurchased from a German company for repair, there were noted lacks in the rubber layer securing the channel where there are placed elements cleaned with the abrasive material.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
After the removal of fragments of the rubber not connected with the metal based, places to be regenerated were cleaned and made rough with a grinder. Then they were degreased with Chester Cleaner and activated with a layer of EL 20 in rubber places. Chester Elastomer 75T was applied in layers on the surface prepared in such a way until the liquidation of the occurring lacks (thickness of ca. 5 mm).

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
Thanks to the application of Chester Molecular materials it was possible to carry out the aforementioned repair in a short time, without the necessity to transport the machine to a specialist renovation workshop.
