DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
The polyurethane covering was used in placed marked in the photographs No. 1 and 2 in the pump PG 200P, and pumping water with sand. The pump functions during the excavation season 24 hours a day 9the season lasts 8 months). Such a wear and tear of the covering occurs after ca. 4 months of the pumps functioning. The cost of a new covering is high, and hence the search of alternative methods to repair the pump, followed by the utilization of Elastomer 75T made by Cheester Molecular for the repair of the pump (the cost of ca. 20%).

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
Regenerated parts of the covering of the pump were made rough with the abrasive paper, and then defattened with Chester Fast Cleaner. After the Cleaner evaporated, the base was made for the elastomer to be placed on the rubber surfaces of EL-20, and then the Elastomer 75T was applied (photos No. 3 and 4).

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
The applied method allowed us shorten the time of the repair of the pump from ca. 2 weeks to 4 days, a reduction of the cost of the repair down to 30% (including additional costs).
