In the 1940s, American laboratories worked out a technology of the production of epoxide resins and first hardening agents. They have started to make a great world-wide career since that time.Thereafter, binary regeneration materials were produced on the basis of epoxide resins.

Epoxy metallic composities are designed mainly to regeneration of part of machines, join of parts, removing of leak in reservoirs, sealing of casts as well as to applied of resistant layers onto abrasive waste, corrosion, erosion and cavitation, resistant onto working of chemically aggressive medias.

Epoxy metallic composities are two-componenent materials, prepared on base of epoxy resins with admixtures of metals powders (kind and quantity of powder depends on compositon using) as well as improving resources adhesion. The main advantage (facilitating application) is first of all perfect tixotropy. Flowing (trickling) material is not useful in regenerations.

After mixing metal (Base) with hardener (Reactor) and application on regenerated part, received composite layer hardens itself and it gets high mechanical endurance, chemical and thermal resistance. Indispensable condition to obtain of maximum endurance of join between metal layer and regenerated part of surface is its properly preparation (rough and degrease).

Using epoxy metallic composities to regeneration is very easy, no exacting specialistic gears. There is possibility of repairs exists what in place of pronouncement of breakdown without disassembly or only at partial disassembly of device.

The first of all a cost of regeneration with using composities is relatively lower in comparison with different methods and more than once higher of repair quality.
